Hi! I’m Ingrid Zapata Read—2x founder, community builder, strategist, connector, podcast host (and co-host), and mom to two wild (and wonderful) boys.

Let’s cut to the chase: community is my superpower.

I learned early on how much we need connection to thrive. Moving to a new country as a child and starting over 1,800 miles from home after college taught me one big lesson—life’s better when you have your people.

Then, when I became a mom, I realized how lonely it could feel to juggle work, family, and ambition without a strong support system. So, I created Working Momkind to fill that gap. What started as a passion project evolved into a global community of over 218,000 career-driven and entrepreneurial moms. I even launched a private space for over 1,700 moms to connect, support each other, and navigate motherhood during the pandemic.

But here’s the twist: I didn’t stop there.

After working on a startup that was sold and spending time freelancing, I realized founders and businesses needed the same kind of connection. That’s when I launched Grow With Community. Now, I help businesses turn their audiences into thriving, engaged communities outside social media.

With over a decade of experience in sales, customer success, and community management, I know what works. I’ve built strategies that turn followers into loyal supporters, created campaigns that drive growth, and launched affiliate programs that turn customers into brand ambassadors.
