cj: Sunny Side Up Birth Co provides an array of offerings in pregnancy and in motherhood such as childbirth education, postpartum care classes, mom + baby meet ups, special events and fundraisers. The mission is to empower and support moms while fostering community.

cj: Even though Staten Island is part of NYC we are lacking resources and opportunities for moms offered in the other boroughs and the tristate area. I was traveling to NJ for in-person mom groups and I knew I needed to bring this to my local moms in Staten Island.

cj: Many of my events were free with no strings attached and were providing value. Through fundraisers and pay it forward events, moms felt good about helping other moms. I documented how moms were enjoying the connections and word spread organically.
