Touchy Feely is a comprehensive resource and community that's reinventing wellness for highly sensitive people (which typically includes people who are neurodivergent, chronically ill, disabled, or have experienced trauma). We help our community members overcome the stress of modern life, embrace their gifts, and overcome stigma.

kc: I worked in wellness for over a decade, but because I am neurodivergent and have chronic health challenges, most of the mainstream health advice I learned never worked for me. Like many women, my condition wasnโ€™t accurately diagnosed until I was in my mid-thirties, even though Iโ€™ve been sick since I was 8. I launched Touchy Feely to provide wellness information tailored to highly sensitive peopleโ€™s unique needs and to provide a safe space to feel, express emotions, and connect with other people who have shared experiences.
